What is Yoga?

In Sanskrit, the word 'yoga' means the union of mind and body, and that is exactly what we do.
This is more than stretching. With the use and focus of breath and pursuing the balance of the mind & body,
we can achieve the discipline required to transcend these simple yet essential techniques and their effects
into everyday life, which can manifest into an existence of peace, tranquility, and even healing. The yoga system
practiced here is Hatha yoga with integration of other yoga paths, Meditation, Pranayama (breath),
Tai Qi, and Qigong.
