Table Massage: For Home or Office
|
|
The massage table is a most effective tool for therapeutic massage. It allows
for optimal therapeutic methods to be used by the practitioner to meet the
special needs of each client. The client remains covered by a sheet at all
times; exposing only the area to be worked on. Each session typically lasts one
hour; 30 minutes is minimum and 2 hours is maximum. The table is also a mobile
tool; therefore, it can be taken to your location.

Chair Massage: On-site Therapeutic Massage
|
|
It is a simple and cost effective way to relieve stress and promote wellness in
the workplace. As a licensed, certified and insured practitioner, I come to your
workplace. I provide all the necessary tools and materials and little space is
needed. Chair massage typically lasts 15 - 30 minutes, up to one- hour is
maximum. Little or no lotion is used, and the client remains fully clothed.
The client sits forward into a cushioned massage chair especially designed for
comfort & support. To adjust for special needs, (i.e. pregnancy), position may
be reversed & the client may sit back in the chair. Most commonly, the seated
chair massage covers the head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands; however,
it can be adapted to meet special needs (i.e., legs and feet). Clients leave
feeling relaxed, revitalized and ready to return to work.
